Rhian trained as an electronics repair technician for the first 3 years of her career. 
 
After this, she trained and became a full time Personal Assistant, a position she found to be a valuable learning experience,
 
During her time as a P.A. Rhian went into business partnership with her husband and founded what was later to become a thriving driving school, She left her P.A. post to take over the running and development of their new business venture, which they jointly ran successfully for 6 years, and which they were to later sell on as a going concern. The company is still in operation.

As Regional Director (Wales) of Mayfair Coaching Practice, Rhian helps people with their careers, giving them the benefit of her indepth coaching skills & business knowledge, enabling them to progress and excel themselves within their chosen career .
