George Pouch. Director of Mayfair Coaching Practice, Southern Ireland. For the past 25 years George has developed a vast amount of knowledge and experience running large manufacturing companies in Ireland. He was Chairman of the Irish Plastics Industries Association for 3 years and a council member of the Confederation of Irish Industry. His efforts to achieve the advancement of support technology into Irish manufacturing were honoured with the prestigious Person of The Year award. One of his companies was also awarded Company of the Year. George successfully integrated his businesses into larger organisations to form a significant multinational chemical company; he then took up the role as the Head of Business both for the United Kingdom and Ireland. George has now become Southern Ireland Master Franchise Director of Mayfair Coaching Practice as well as maintaining a non executive director’s position within the family business. George brings a wealth of senior management experience to MCP’s Personal and Corporate Development business, the service provisions, he feels will continue to achieve significant growth both now and in the future.
