Following the workshop our team provides revealing one2one Coaching Sessions that recognises career assets and personality profiles. Being aware of how to maximise capabilities induces lift off.
MEET THE BOSS
Finally we engage with the head of dept/director and provide:
Detailed individual case studies demonstrating a S.W.O.T analysis upon each delegate. A Personality/ behavioural profile looks at the individual at a glance. The sophisticated traits will identify the time for career progression.
Behavioural Adoption the advantages and disadvantages. This will identify how to get the best out of the individual and perhaps identify some specific training needs.
Communication effect - increasing greater efficiency, productivity and interpersonal skills.
Decision making ability shows how the delegate makes decisions and the reasons why they are made in that specific way!
Organisation and planning how the delegate formulates a strategy.
Motivation traits. Identifies the reasons why the delegate may appear de-motivated, unenthusiastic or uncommitted and what needs to be done to change these negative situations.
Management. How the individual is likely to perform in a management role. The style of management will also be revealed along with optimum performance expectations.
Measurement of sales suitability. How the delegate will measure up to challenges and identifies any need for future development.
Suitability. A template provides a wide variety of roles that the delegate would be suitable to perform or not. From this we can create customised profiles for specific jobs either current or future and match them against the individual’s personal profile.
Working Style. The document will analyse how the individual forms relationships, how they act within a team, how much pressure is highlighted in their profile tension and what specifically motivates them through their ambitions and aspirations?
