Mike Leeming

Mike started in training in 1980 for the Civil Service as an instructional officer at Redditch Skill Centre, training electrical installation and maintenance to City and Guilds level. Since then he has worked in all types of manufacturing industry in both management and training positions. As a training manager he worked in both the UK and Japan, developing and delivering training packages based on the requirements of industry. The majority of these packages are based on Japanese manufacturing methods adapted for British industry and culture. In 2005 he started a training company and can deliver customised training packages as required on all aspects of management and manufacturing techniques.
